5 STAR LUXURİOUST ISLAND PROJECT IN BODRUM

The idea of ​​creating a concept consisting of villas, marinas and hotels, which offers a luxurious life beyond the time, intertwined with nature. In this context, the project in which all the possibilities of technology are used is designed to be fully compatible with the natural structure and climate of the island.In the project, 75 luxurious villas dominated by the enchanting nature of nature are positioned to preserve privacy. The villas offer access to a wide plaza in the sheltered western half of the peninsula, with a beach bar, numerous shower areas, pool and restaurant areas. In addition to a children's club offering a safe and fun space for children, the indoor and outdoor playroom and recreation room for young people and adults were designed. In the steep hillside area on the eastern side of the half, a marina with a capacity of 150 boats was built. In order to preserve the privacy of the villas with the view of the marina, the marina land structures were separated from the villas. In addition, on the slope side, a boutique hotel with 50 suites with a connection to marinas was designed. This exclusive resort hotel is planned to offer a private space for guests who care about the details as well as serve the villas.
In consideration of the special location and geographical features of the island, 3 types of villas were designed with 10 different options. Each of the villas was designed to have spacious exterior areas offering panoramic views.
The architectural approach to the project has always been in the foreground, with modern features, to preserve the feel of the island's natural doctrine. Thanks to the local stones, natural materials, color choices and special landscaping, the project is almost integrated with nature. The project, which considers every detail without concession; offers a modest sense of luxury, far from overblown. The island is so natural that the inhabitants are as luxurious as they would feel privileged, able to walk with their bare feet ...In the project, open-plan spacious kitchens that offer a comfortable living space offer a social life style. For those looking for calm, the bedroom away from the eyes offers the opportunity to experience "one's own" feeling. The pools are located on the front side of the villa so that the residents enjoy the sunset, or in the backyard against the wind. Thanks to this settlement, pools are available for most of the year. One of the most important points to consider when designing villas is privacy.
